Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

A healthy understanding of love is crucial to understanding the central message of the Bible. According to the Bible, love is not about sexuality, nor it is primarily a feeling.
Love is commitment, a consistent and determined decision to think of others first, to put thier needs above your own, and to serve them.
God loves us in that way, and He gave us the ability to love others.
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
(1 Corinthians 13:13)
Again, love is not self-seeking and demands its on way my dear friends...
